Changing your plan

From the Plan page in Launch Day, click Manage plan. This takes you to Shopify’s own billing page, where you can change or cancel your subscription — Launch Day never stores your payment details itself.

If a payment fails

If Shopify isn’t able to process your subscription payment, Launch Day:
  1. Shows a warning on your Plan page: “Your last payment didn’t go through. Update your payment method to keep paid features.”
  2. Sends you an email letting you know
  3. Flags your account as needing attention — your paid features are at risk of being affected if it isn’t resolved
To fix it, update your payment method from Shopify’s billing page (Manage plan on the Plan page will take you there). Once Shopify confirms the payment went through, the warning clears automatically.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling Launch Day cancels your subscription through Shopify automatically — you won’t be billed again after uninstalling.
Reinstalling within 48 hours restores your account exactly as it was — same plan, same locks. After 48 hours, Shopify requires us to delete your account data entirely, and a reinstall after that point starts fresh on the Free plan with no locks carried over.
