My payment failed

See Managing Your Subscription — update your payment method from Shopify’s billing page (Manage plan on the Plan page) and the warning will clear automatically once Shopify confirms it.

A scheduled unlock failed — is this a billing issue?

Usually not. Scheduled unlock failures are almost always a temporary technical issue reaching Shopify, unrelated to your subscription — see Scheduled Unlocks for what to do. If you’re also seeing a payment warning on your Plan page at the same time, resolve that first, then try unlocking the affected lock manually from the Dashboard.

I upgraded but still see Free plan limits

This is usually a caching issue — try refreshing the page. If it persists after a refresh, contact support@madvalley.com with your store domain.
