A scheduled unlock failed — is this a billing issue?
Usually not. Scheduled unlock failures are almost always a temporary technical issue reaching Shopify, unrelated to your subscription — see Scheduled Unlocks for what to do.If you’re also seeing a payment warning on your Plan page at the same time, resolve that first, then try unlocking the affected lock manually from the Dashboard.
